• Public Address Policy

*Members of the public may address the Town Council on items not
listed on the printed agenda.  They will need to sign up before the
meeting begins.  Their name and address will need to be stated and
a three-minute time limit will need to be observed. The council's desire
is to have dialogue with the residents but we will need to use discretion
when it pertains to the amount of time used for this during the meeting.
We are willing to talk with you before and after each meeting.

* If a member of the public desires to address the council on an item that
is on the printed agenda they will need to specify this on the sign up
sheet.  When the council comes to this specific item they can address
the council.


  • Town of Midway Planning and Zoning Board

The regular monthly meeting will normally be held on the Tuesday following
the Town Council's Monday planning meeting.  The meeting is scheduled for
6:30 pm at the Town Hall.
