PUBLIC NOTICE

The Town Council voted unanimously to adopt the following ordinances on May 5th, 2008:  1.  Junk Vehicles, 2. Littering,  3.  Unsafe Structures , and 4. Appointment and Organization of the Planning and Zoning Board and the Board of Adjustments. The Public Hearing Notice for amending the ordinances was  published in the legal section of the Dispatch.

The Town of Midway has called for a public hearing to receive citizen input concerning the Sign Ordinance and the Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance.  The meeting will be held on Monday, April 6, 2009 at the Midway Fire and Rescue Department.  The meeting will be at 7 p.m.

The 2010 Census:  Will you be counted?

The information that you will be providing through the census is important to the Town of Midway and Davidson County.  Please take time to click on the highlighted area  in order to be more informed about the census.  Anyone interested in helping with the Census can called 336-308-3450.  The temporary work pays $13.50 an hour.
